The spacious open floor plan of the main floor features an Italian kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining for 6, living room, half bath, a/c and a private covered terrace for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms (only two bedrooms being rented under this listing) are cool, breezy and all enjoy en-suite bathrooms, a/c and built-in closets.
