Located on the beautiful Paynes Bay Beach in St. James, this is one of six 3-storey townhouses on the stunning Mahogany Bay.
On the ground floor, French doors open from the air-conditioned open-plan living and dining room to the patio, plunge pool, and garden. The master bedroom suite with a sitting area, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in dressing room occupies the entire second floor. There are two further bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 twin bedroom), both with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and have balconies overlooking the garden and beach with spectacular sea views.
From the garden, a few steps lead down to the white sandy beach, where there is excellent snorkeling and guests can enjoy a short stroll along the beach to a lovely spot for swimming.
There are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as amenities such as watersports. It is also just a quick 5-minute drive away from Sandy Lane Hotel as well as the nearest shopping area, Holetown, and many of the finer restaurants located along the West Coast of Barbados.
An excellent choice for a family or a group of friends, looking for a good quality Barbados holiday rental on the beach.
Your rental includes the services of a cook/housekeeper service. They will prepare up to 2 consecutive meals per day (6 days per week) and it is your choice whether that is breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. You also have night security on the complex from 6pm to 6am.
Please note the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
