Summary: This is a beautiful old plantation house with bags of character, the rooms are large and airy and decorated beautiful. A grand four poster bed is used in the master bedroom, you can take a shower and look out over the rolling hills and country side. The whole house is like a story in an old novel. The gardens are one of its finest features. They are kept beautifully by a really lovely pair of gardeners. The gardens them selves remind me heavily of the legendary children's story, The secret garden. This place is truly magical, you will love it. A car is needed as St Philip is situated in a farming area that is around a 10 minute drive to beachs and shops. This is a holiday our family, especially our children will remember forever. One last thing to mention is the wonderful full size pool, it's devine.
