This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the heart of an urban neighborhood near the center of Fort Lauderdale and its downtown district. I have hosted this community and property for 5 years. We host over 2,000 guests every year with this property. It has 4 beds, a full kitchen, free parking, and high-speed business internet. There is a TV in every bedroom and is inside a gated community. We have professional cleaning staff on-site every day. The property is 6 miles (12 minutes) from FLL Airport and Port Everglades Cruise Port. Also 15 minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and 25 minutes from The Miami Dolphins Stadium. It is also 2 miles (10 minutes) from Downtown Night Life and Shopping. It is also 15 minutes (7 miles) from Fort Lauderdale Beach. It is conveniently located right off I-95 exit 26, which makes traveling around South Florida super convenient. You can get almost anywhere in 30 minutes or less. Miami Cruise Port is a 25-30 minute drive including Miami Airport. The property is very quiet because it is also located on a dead-end street next to a high school. So there is no drive-through traffic. The property is also a 12-minute walk from a very nice family park for kids and adults with a great local market and pizza shop across the street and beautiful views and homes. This apartment is 1 apartment in a community of 12 apartments. Each unit is a vacation rental year-round, so we host over 25,000 guests in an entire year.
